Yes. Your shipment is safe within our network and we will ensure your shipment is delivered as soon as possible.
You may experience some delays in retrieving an up-to-date tracking status. For now, we recommend downloading our app at TNT.com/app. This way you’ll receive a notification directly to your mobile device as soon as your shipment’s status changes. If your package is moving through the FedEx Express network, you can track your package through www.fedex.com, using your TNT consignment note number as a reference number.
Digital proof of delivery is being generated for all new TNT shipments moving through our network and will be available within 24 hours of delivery.
