- on 7 May 2008, it purchased 15,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 25.3285 per share,
- on 8 May 2008, it purchased 15,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 25.4040 per share,
- on 9 May 2008, it purchased 40,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 25.6004 per share,
- on 12 May 2008, it purchased 49,800 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 25.4555 per share,
- on 13 May 2008, it purchased 221,681 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 25.1409 per share,
- during the period from 29 April 2008 until and including 13 May 2008, it purchased 907,423 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 25.2211 per share, and
- the total amount of the share buyback from 29 April 2008 until and including 13 May 2008 therefore amounts to 11.44 % of the euro 200 million tranche.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
