Annual Report 2015
2015 was a very important year in the history of TNT. A transitional year, in which the company took action to effect structural change, and secure a profitable and sustainable future for our company.
Yet, the biggest event of the year was the announcement of the intended acquisition of TNT by FedEx Corporation (FedEx). Although not initiated by TNT, the Executive Board fully supported this transaction, as TNT and FedEx share a commitment to serve customers and deliver value for stakeholders.
Together, TNT and FedEx will create a leading global company providing logistics, transportation and express delivery services. Customers will enjoy access to an enhanced, integrated global network, combining TNT’s strong European capabilities with FedEx’s strength in other regions globally.

Annual Report 2014
In the first half of 2014, TNT announced its Outlook strategy and appointed a new management team of experienced industry leaders and corporate turnaround professionals, with a clear brief to create a sustainable future for the company in the next three to five years. The Outlook strategy is built around three strategic pillars: focus on profitable growth, invest in operational excellence, and organise to win. It builds on TNT’s strengths: our European Road Network and European Air Network, with excellent connections to the rest of the world, a large base of loyal customers and TNT's people who are always willing to go the Extra Mile.

Annual Report 2013
Trading conditions in the express delivery market remained demanding and our business performance was under pressure. Annual Report 2012
At the beginning of 2012, we announced our 'Building on Strengths' strategy. The strategy carved out a path for success, with Europe at the core. It also included some clear choices aimed at limiting TNT Express' exposure to emerging domestic markets and fixed air assets.

Annual Report 2011
In May 2011, following the demerger from TNT N.V., TNT Express started as an independent listed company. TNT Express is now a focused express delivery company, with a fully engaged workforce committed to delivering the highest customer satisfaction.

Annual Report 2010
2010 was a year of large operational challenges. From the volcanic ash cloud in the spring to the mail strikes and harsh winter conditions, our company faced issues that tested our ‘Sure we can’ mentality. But 2010 also saw the return of Express volumes to pre-economic crisis levels, and the volume growth in Parcels continued.
