TNT Express has received a Statement of Objections (SO) from the French Competition Authority with respect to alleged anti-competitive behaviour in the French parcels delivery sector, including TNT Express France. TNT Express has cooperated with the investigation since it started in 2010.

On the basis of preliminary analysis of the SO, it cannot be excluded that TNT Express will be fined for a material amount as a result of this procedure.
