TNT final 2014 dividend record date

TNT announces that the record date for the final 2014 dividend is 13 April 2015, close of business, instead of 14 April 2015 as previously announced.

This follows from a recent change in the standard settlement lifecycle of share transfers communicated by Euronext N.V.

Adjusted timeline:

  • Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: 8 April 2015
  • Ex-dividend date: 10 April 2015
  • Record date: 13 April 2015, close of business
  • Payment date: 13 May 2015
