Brussels, Belgium – TNT Express is introducing a mobile depot in Brussels to improve the efficiency of its parcel delivery operations and service to customers in the busy city centre, while contributing to a better environment.

On 10 April 2013, the Annual General Meeting established the dividend over 2012 at € 0.03 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable, at the shareholder’s election, either wholly in ordinary shares or wholly in cash.
