TNT Express completes sale of TNT Fashion Group B.V. to a consortium of Belspeed and Netlog Group

TNT Express has completed the sale of its specialist fashion supply chain business in the Netherlands, TNT Fashion Group B.V. (TNT Fashion), to a consortium of Belspeed and Netlog Group. This follows receipt of regulatory approval and positive advice from the works council of TNT Fashion.

Announcement conversion rate pro forma final optional dividend 2013

On 9 April 2014, TNT Express N.V. declared a pro forma final optional dividend of € 0.024 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable, at the shareholder's election, either wholly in ordinary shares or wholly in cash.
