European Commission approves sale of TNTs logistics division
Amsterdam, TNT N.V. today announced that the European Commission has granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of the logistics division of TNT by Apollo Management, L.P. TNT currently anticipates that the acquisition will be completed before the end of the year.

TNT reaches agreement to sell its mailroom and data capture activities in the Netherlands
Amsterdam, TNT N.V. today announced that agreement has been reached to sell the business line Document Management (part of Cendris) in the Netherlands, to Spanish-based Service Point Solutions, S.A. (SPS) for an amount of € 27 million. SPS is a listed company specialising in reprographic solutions, document management and facility management. The company is headquartered in Barcelona.

TNT Express and GeoPost sign strategic agreement 5-year contract feeds TNTs network expansions in Europe and Asia
Paris/Amsterdam, TNT Express, one of the world's leading express delivery companies, and GeoPost, the holding company for the parcel and express subsidiaries of France's national service Groupe La Poste, today announced the signing of a five-year agreement under which TNT Express will pick up and deliver international express parcels on behalf of GeoPost throughout its global network. The contract will start late January 2007 and will generate approximately € 120 million of revenues for TNT Express over 5 years.
