TNT announces interest to explore strategic partnership with Royal Mail
Amsterdam, TNT has today expressed its interest to explore a strategic partnership with Royal Mail. The publication of the Hooper Commission report today, which sets out a number of critical requirements for a sustainable future for Royal Mail, forms the background of TNT's renewed expression of interest.

Mr. P.C. Klaver takes on position as chairman of TNT's Supervisory Board
Amsterdam, following previous announcements on 18 February and 11 April 2008 TNT N.V. announces that as of 1 January 2009 Mr. P.C. Klaver takes on the position of chairman of TNT's Supervisory Board from which Mr. J.H.M. Hommen will per the same date step down. Piet Klaver is a member of TNT's Supervisory Board and has been the intended successor of Jan Hommen since the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 11 April 2008.

TNT focuses on adapting to difficult economic environment
Amsterdam, at its annual analyst conference today, TNT will give an update on the progress of its Focus on Networks strategy. The presentations will include the overall strategy for the TNT Group, as well as overviews of the Express and Mail businesses and the financial strategy.
