TNT intends to issue benchmark Eurobond
Amsterdam, TNT N.V. today announced its intention to issue a benchmark Eurobond. The intended offering in the Eurobond market of a benchmark-size Euro denominated issue with an intermediate duration is expected to take place in the coming weeks, subject to market conditions. The bonds will only be offered to institutional investors outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933, and are expected to be listed on Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam.
